Unlike many other marketplaces, Picturi does not charge any commission or fees to buyers. The price you see is the price set by the artist, with no additional platform fees.

How is artwork shipped and packaged?

All shipping and packaging is handled directly by the artists themselves. Each artist has their own packaging methods, though most take great care in packaging their artwork to ensure it arrives safely. Typically, paintings are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, covered with bubble wrap, and placed in sturdy cardboard boxes with corner protectors.

While Picturi provides the platform for artists to showcase their work, we do not verify or guarantee the accuracy of the information provided by artists. This includes:

  • Artwork descriptions and specifications
  • Photos and representations of the artwork
  • Pricing information
  • Shipping estimates and costs
  • Availability of the artwork

We encourage buyers to communicate directly with artists if they have any questions about a specific artwork before making a purchase decision.

What if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. The artwork must be in its original condition and packaging.
